Rocky Creek Glacier Park

Science Circus Field trip

3 November 2019

On the way from Narrabri to Armidale some of us stopped off at a geological site formed by ancient glaciers. We were fortunate to have Joe and Louise there to interpret the geology; Abby to give an evolutionary perspective; and Cat to comment on the bones of the event.

The rest of us stood on and gazed in awe at the excavation made by ice through solid rock.
